Adkings Agency is looking for a B2B Sales Manager to take over outbound lead generation, sales, and new client relationship development while ensuring retention and strong customer loyalty.

Job Brief: 

The objective of the role is to support the agency in building the business by selling certain services and products that will contribute to the clients’ success. Your role is very important as you will be the 1st interaction point between the agency and the client. The role will require you to offer solutions to the clients to solve their problems and scale to the next level. Clients’ success is your success.

Your Assignments and Responsibilities: 

  • You will be responsible for creating your own leads and determining your own success by actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media via email, virtual calls and meetings. 

  • Execute and work on a full-cycle of sales includes: lead generation, establishing contact, contract negotiation, and closing deals. 

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and provide personalized solutions, services and products. 

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. 

  • Participate in sales meetings, negotiate, close deals, and handle inquiries. 

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. 

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. 

  • Formation of new partnerships and affiliate management

  • Interacting with people on different channels, and answering messages, questions from prospects. 

  • Onboarding new clients with collaboration of the internal teams. 

  • Drive ongoing and measurable improvements to the client experience. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • High level of Communication skills and Emotional Intelligence. 

  • Able to manage conflicts, challenges and uncertain situations. 

  • Great with People (with your colleagues and clients), and pleasant personality. 

  • Good in negotiation with deals and closing leads. 

  • Good with numbers of sales reporting, forecasting and analysis is an advantage. 

Your Profile: 

  • 4 years and plus of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inbound and Outbound Sales, and/or Account Management (full-cycle of sales). 

  • Good understanding of the Digital Marketing and Advertising agency. eCommerce practical experience is highly preferred. 

  • Intensive experience in the sales cycle (lead generation, establishing contact, contract negotiation, and closing deals). 

  • Experience in the B2B environment mainly in digital space such as: Saas, Fin-tech, digital marketing and advertising products and services. Practical experience or hand-on experience is a big plus. 

  • Excellent experience in Customer Service and Clients’ relations. 

  • Experience in using Project Management tools such as: Asana, ClickUp, etc. 

  • Experience in using Google Workspace products such as: Gmail, Google Docs, etc. 

  • Able to work different time-zones mainly in EU & USA time-zones. 

  • Fluent in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking). 

  • Having international experience is an advantage.

Monthly Compensation: 

Good compensation and you will be receiving Good commission (%) from each converted sales + Performance Bonus.

  • The opportunity is an independent contract not an employment. Therefore, you will have the freedom to manage your own other work, assignments and responsibilities.
