We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales and B2B Marketing Manager to marketing to join our agencies team. This is a super dynamic role in which you will need to wear a multiple hats, do different things and work in a fast-paced, self-improvement culture driven environment. This is Solo-Player role, and can perform the role without supervision. This is fully remote working environment with flexible working schedule within EU timezone.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- B2B Sales: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new B2B leads, build relationships with potential clients, and drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Utilize CRM systems to manage and nurture leads, track sales activities, and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects. Leverage CRM data to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement targeted marketing strategies.
- B2B Outbound Marketing: Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to potential B2B customers. Utilize various marketing channels, such as email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach, to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- B2B Inbound Marketing: Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert qualified leads. Create compelling content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to educate and engage B2B prospects. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and utilize lead generation tactics, including landing pages and lead magnets.
- Digital Advertising Platforms: Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
- Landing Page Building: Design and build high-converting landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and generate leads. Implement A/B testing to optimize landing page performance and improve conversion rates.
- Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines. Take ownership of projects, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirement (About You):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an eCommerce and Digital Marketing space.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth with minimum value of $50K per month.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Experienced in website development and management mainly with Figma, Webflow, Shopify, ClickFunnels, Unbounce and others.
- Experience in building high-converting landing pages and implementing A/B testing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
